1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
-The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
-Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
-Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
-Perishable items, such as fresh food or drinks, cannot be returned for safety reasons.
-Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless there’s a defect.
2. Requesting a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
3. Refund or Exchange Process
- Refunds: If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the product is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Exchanges: We will ship the replacement product within 2–5 business days after receiving the original item.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible, at no additional cost to you.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of items.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s how cancellations work:
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.
If the order has already been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
For prepaid orders, if cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Customized, made-to-order, or perishable items cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
