These Terms of Service apply when you visit tazgo.pk, place an order with Tazgo Nutrition, use our services, or otherwise interact with our website.

Throughout these Terms, “Tazgo”, “Tazgo Nutrition”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Tazgo Nutrition.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with any other policies that apply to your order, including our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. About Tazgo

Tazgo Nutrition is a food and beverage business based in Lahore, Pakistan.

2. Using Our Website

You may use our website for lawful personal or business purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for illegal or fraudulent activity.

  • Provide false or misleading information.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or another person's account.

  • Upload or distribute harmful code, malware, viruses, or similar material.

  • Copy, reproduce, resell, or misuse Tazgo content without permission.

  • Interfere with the normal operation or security of the website.

  • Collect customer or user information without authorization.

  • Submit fake, misleading, abusive, or intentionally harmful reviews or content.

We may restrict access to our website or services if we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, ingredients, nutrition information, images, prices, portion information, availability, storage instructions, and other product details accurate.

However, minor variations may occur because many Tazgo products are prepared from real ingredients and may be made in limited batches.

Natural ingredients can vary in colour, size, texture, sweetness, appearance, or flavour.

Product photography is intended to represent the product as accurately as reasonably possible, but actual products may vary slightly.

If we discover a material error in a product listing or an order, we may contact you before fulfilling the order.

4. Ingredients, Allergens & Dietary Information

Please review the ingredient and allergen information provided on the relevant product page or packaging before consuming a Tazgo product.

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including ingredients such as dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, soy, nuts, seeds, or other allergens depending on the product.

If you have a serious allergy, intolerance, medical dietary restriction, or other health concern, please contact us before ordering.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we cannot guarantee that a product has been prepared in a completely allergen-free environment.

Customers are responsible for deciding whether a product is appropriate for their individual dietary requirements.

5. Nutrition Information

Where we provide calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, sugar, fibre, or other nutritional information, the figures may be based on recipes, ingredient data, serving estimates, or other reasonable calculations unless the product page specifically states that the values have been laboratory tested.

Actual nutritional values may vary because of natural ingredient variation and preparation differences.

Nutrition information is provided to help customers make informed food choices. It is not medical advice and should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

6. Fresh, Chilled & Minimally Processed Products

Some Tazgo products are fresh, chilled, raw, unpasteurised, preservative-free, minimally processed, or prepared in limited batches.

Customers must follow the storage and handling instructions provided on the product page or packaging.

Where refrigeration is required, products should be refrigerated promptly after receiving them.

Customers are responsible for appropriate storage after delivery or pickup.

Do not consume a product if its packaging appears compromised, leaking, unusually swollen, damaged, or if the product otherwise appears unsafe.

7. Product Availability

Products may be available in limited quantities.

Displaying a product on our website does not guarantee that it will remain available.

A product may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed because of stock changes, ingredient availability, production limitations, quality-control issues, or other operational circumstances.

If this happens, we may contact you to:

  • Reschedule the item.

  • Offer an appropriate alternative.

  • Remove the unavailable item from the order.

  • Issue an applicable refund.

  • Agree on another reasonable solution.

We will not intentionally substitute a materially different product without informing you.

8. Orders

When you place an order, you are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including your:

  • Name.

  • Phone number.

  • Delivery or pickup information.

  • Address where applicable.

  • Payment information.

  • Any relevant order instructions.

Submitting an order does not always mean the order has been finally accepted.

We may contact you if we need to verify information, clarify an order, confirm availability, arrange delivery, or resolve a payment issue.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including when:

  • A product is unavailable.

  • We cannot serve the requested delivery location.

  • Incorrect pricing or product information was displayed.

  • Payment cannot be confirmed.

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is reasonably suspected.

  • Fulfilling the order would create a food-safety or operational concern.

  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent fulfillment.

Where payment has already been collected for an order that we cannot fulfil, an appropriate refund will be arranged.

9. Prices

Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

We may change product prices at any time.

A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been confirmed, except where there has been an obvious pricing or technical error.

Delivery charges, discounts, promotional offers, bulk pricing, or other charges may be shown separately.

Promotions and discounts are subject to their individual terms and may be changed or withdrawn where permitted.

10. Payments

Available payment methods are shown during checkout or communicated when an order is arranged.

Customers are responsible for providing valid payment information.

For prepaid orders, an order may not move into production or fulfillment until payment has been confirmed.

Bulk, wholesale, customized, subscription, meal-plan, or made-to-order purchases may have additional payment requirements communicated before confirmation.

11. Delivery & Pickup

Tazgo currently delivers within Lahore, Pakistan only.

We do not guarantee same-day delivery.

Delivery availability and timing depend on factors such as product availability, preparation requirements, production schedules, order size, location, and delivery capacity.

Pickup may be available from:

Please wait until your pickup has been confirmed as ready before arriving.

12. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Fresh, perishable, chilled, customized, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for conventional returns once preparation or fulfillment has started.

Different rules may apply to damaged, incorrect, missing, defective, or non-perishable products.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the order and the stage of preparation or fulfillment.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Bulk, Wholesale & Business Orders

Bulk, wholesale, corporate, café, gym, retailer, or other business orders may have additional requirements relating to:

  • Minimum quantities.

  • Advance payment.

  • Production lead time.

  • Delivery schedules.

  • Storage and handling.

  • Pricing.

  • Cancellations.

  • Returns.

Any additional terms communicated and accepted before confirmation will form part of that order agreement.

14. Intellectual Property

The content and creative materials associated with Tazgo, including our branding, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, packaging artwork, website content, written copy, designs, videos, and other original materials, belong to Tazgo or are used by us with appropriate permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, resell, or represent Tazgo intellectual property as your own without prior permission.

Normal sharing of our publicly available social or website content for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted where Tazgo remains clearly identified as the source.

15. Reviews & Customer Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, testimonial, or other content to Tazgo, you confirm that the content is truthful to the best of your knowledge and does not violate another person's rights.

We may moderate or remove content that is fraudulent, abusive, illegal, misleading, unrelated, spam, or otherwise inappropriate.

Submitting a review does not guarantee that it will be published.

16. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, such as payment providers, delivery partners, analytics providers, review platforms, social platforms, or Shopify.

Those services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Tazgo is not responsible for the independent operation of a third-party website or service that we do not control.

17. Website Availability

We aim to keep tazgo.pk accurate, secure, and available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party service issues, security work, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tazgo will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products where those losses were not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Customers remain responsible for following product storage, handling, allergen, ingredient, and consumption information provided with their order.

19. Events Outside Our Control

Tazgo will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include severe weather, road closures, public disturbances, government restrictions, utility failures, supplier disruption, equipment failure, security concerns, or other unexpected events.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected customers when such circumstances materially affect an order.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as Tazgo, our website, our products, or applicable requirements change.

The latest version published on tazgo.pk will apply to future use of the website and future orders.

Material changes will not normally alter an already confirmed order unless required by law or agreed with the customer.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between the customer and Tazgo will be handled through the appropriate courts or authorities with jurisdiction in Lahore, Pakistan, subject to any consumer rights that apply under law.
