By using our website or ordering anything from Tazgo, you’re agreeing to these Terms and Conditions (aka “the rules”). These rules apply to everyone who visits, browses, shops, or interacts with us.

You must be old enough to make a legal purchase. If you're underage, please ask a grown-up to place the order for you.

We may update these rules occasionally. Every time you place a new order, it means you agree to the latest version.

 

 

3. No-Nos on Tazgo

At Tazgo, we’re here to nourish bodies and souls. Please don’t:

  • Do anything illegal or haram.

  • Pretend to be someone else or lie about who you are.

  • Be rude, mean, or offensive to anyone.

  • Share false information or misleading reviews.

  • Upload viruses, malware, or anything that harms the website.

  • Spam us or others with ads or fake content.

  • Try to steal or copy our designs, recipes, or brand.

  • Collect other users’ personal info.

If anyone breaks these rules, we reserve the right to stop their access to Tazgo, no hard feelings!

 

 

4. Our Content is Ours

Everything you see on our site: photos, designs, text, even the vibe is ours. You’re not allowed to copy, reuse, or sell any of it. Tazgo's creative work is protected and made with love.

 

 

5. If There’s a Problem, Here’s How It Works:

  • If someone sues us because of something you did that broke our rules, you agree to help us handle it and cover the costs.

  • We do our best to make sure all info on our website is accurate, but sometimes mistakes happen. We're only human!

  • If a product or service doesn’t meet your expectations, let us know. But we aren’t legally responsible for anything you use at your own risk.

  • We can choose not to process an order if:

    • The item is out of stock.

    • We can’t deliver to your location.

    • The item is no longer available.

    • There’s some issue outside our control.

 

 

6. We Can End Access If Needed:

Tazgo may stop your access to our website or services at any time, especially if:

  • You give false info while signing up.

  • You disturb other users or our team.

  • You break any of these terms.

  • The government or law asks us to do so.

We hope it never comes to that!

 

 

7. What If One Rule Needs to Change?

If any part of these terms turns out to be invalid or illegal, that part will be removed. The rest will still apply like normal. If we don’t act right away on a rule break, that doesn’t mean we’re giving up that right forever.

 

 

8. Governing Law

Tazgo is based in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and our operations follow Pakistani law. If any dispute arises, you agree that the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, including the Consumer Court, will have exclusive authority to handle it.
