- Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

- Major cities: 2–4 business days
- Remote areas: 3–7 business days
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

- Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and order weight.
- Exact shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or for orders above a certain value.

- Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
- Use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status in real time.
5. Areas We Serve
We currently ship to all regions within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

- If no one is available to receive the package, our courier partner may attempt a second delivery or contact you for instructions.
- For perishable items, ensure someone is present to receive the order upon delivery to maintain freshness.
