Thinly sliced beef shawarma, fresh slaw, refrigerated cucumber pickle and smoky chilli yoghurt wrapped in a soft, griddle-finished Tazgo flatbread.
The beef is sliced across the grain for tenderness, marinated with onion, yoghurt, garlic, lemon, edible mustard oil and spices, then cooked and finished for browned edges.
