Five crisp falafels wrapped in a soft Tazgo flatbread with cabbage-herb slaw, pink pickle and lemon tahini.
The falafel is made from soaked dried chickpeas, herbs, garlic and spices. It is fried to order for a crisp outside and tender centre, then balanced with fresh vegetables and a bright sesame-lemon sauce.
