Tazgo Purple Cold-Pressed Juice

A naturally vibrant blend of red cabbage, pear and apple with optional lemon and ginger for balance.

Pear and apple soften the earthy vegetable character, while red cabbage gives the juice its natural purple colour. No artificial colouring, concentrates or preservatives.

Approved commercial formula per 500ml

• 100ml red-cabbage juice
• 250ml pear juice
• 150ml apple juice
• Up to 8ml lemon juice, where used
• Up to 2ml ginger juice, where used

Storage
Keep frozen until required. Thaw under refrigeration, shake well and keep refrigerated after thawing. Do not heat or refreeze.
